2. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (makeup and skincare), we maintain a strict hygiene policy:

You may be required to provide photos of the product and packaging.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on used or opened products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us in the same day of receiving your order. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item after verifying the issue.

Delivery Time:

Inside Cairo: delivery is within 3 days after the shipping day
Outside Cairo: delivery is within 5 days after the shipping day
